Q: headaches and blurred vision

I have just started to suffer from headaches and blurred vision, I sit in front of a computer all day and I am finding it hard to see. Can you recommend any thing for it. I already wear glasses and around 4 years to was suspected of having glaucoma, but it cleared up after a year. I have to go back every year for a check up and at the last one, everything was fine
