i keep getting head acks everyday and pain in my cheeks i cant go out coz i dont feel i got the energy and it gets me down

Pain in your cheeks could be due to muscle tension that often causes tension headaches. “Lack of energy” is typical for anxiety disorders like depression. Anxiety often contributes to tension headaches. You can take painkillers and, if necessary, anxiolitic drugs, too. Anxiolitic drugs must be prescribed by your GP.
