No Worry
Al right, please don't be scared because in my opinion, it's nothing serious. If headache is getting on you when you are alone, then, well, there is a free medicine! Be with people close to you are heart and spend more time with them.

If you get the headache when you are reading, one more free medicine is there!! Don't read for too long. For instance, try to observe, when the headache is coming to you. If the headache is coming after you have read for 15 minutes, stop there. Take a break for 5 minutes, get some fresh air, then come back to studies again, and see if it comes again. If it comes back again after 15 minutes, do the same and keep on going this way. It's a slow process. Don't wait things to change in flash. If it works for you, you will be surprised to see at one stage that you have read for hours but with no headache!

What do you mean by "at imes my palm or body gets warm above the normal temperature"? Do you get a fever? Have you measured with a thermometer or it's just that you feel your body has become warm?

"Depressed at a time", what does that mean? You had depression or its just that you were depressed. Why depressed or depression?

You could be having a tension headache. Whatever, try what I suggested and see if it works.

As far as job is concerned, are you too worried about it?

Before I forget the sleep issue, make sure you are getting sufficient sleep. If I am not wrong an average adult requires 8 hours of night sleep per day even though the number differs for individuals. Also, trying sleeping at getting up at the same time everyday. Like if you go to sleep at 12am and get up at 8am, follow this schedule everyday.

Finally, a doctor's advice is always better but if you wish you may try what I suggested.

Hope that helps! Razz
