Dear Doctor,
I am a 33 yr old male presently working in Italy. For more than 5 years I am suffering severe head aches which is accompanied by pain on my eyes and sometimes in and around the ear. In case of severe pain I feel pain behind the head, near to my back neck. Most of the times the pain on eye is concentrated on one eye and I have feeling of falling the eyes or some one is plucking it. Yesterday also I had the same difficluty and even now I feel pain with my right eye and right ear in adition to head ache. I havent consulted a doctor yet for this. I was of the opinion that I am suffering from migraine and it was today I came to read a topic about migraine in wikipedia but the symptoms didnt match mine. Now I am really afraid of it. I feel a relief of pain when I have more than five hours of sleep. This recurs once or twice in a month. The symptoms I do feel are
1. severe pain on both sides of my forehead
2. Pain on eyes, especially right eye
3. Pain on right ear and around the ear
4. feel of vomiting sometimes
5. somtimes pain on the back of neck
6. Head ache relief after prolonged sleep.
7. I never noticed photofobia or fonofobia before and also aura.
please do give me correct advice.
