Hello everyone, I am a 27 year old male. For the past couple of weeks, I have been feeling lots of lightheaded sessions throughout the day. The headache level is quite low, but the problem lies with the lightheadedness. I can feel it in the back of my head. I don't think that the lightheadedness is serius, as I have never fainted or come close to fainting. But it could be because I always drop my head, and do very slow movements to help regulate my blood. When I do that (mens activity) it disrupts the bloodflow and makes me even more dizzy, which is why I think it has to do with bloodflow.
I will try to provide you with as much information so that it might help you find what is wrong. I am 184cm and weigh 115kgs. I was quite atheletic ten years back but less so now. But I still do 45 minutes to 1 hour of medium exercises for four days every week. I take quite little vegetables and fruits, but I am changing that for the past month now.
I smoke 10 to 15 cigrattes a day. But I don't drink alchohol or gas drinks. I have asthma, but the last case has been more than four years back now. I don't easily feel tired in the afternoons. I will tell you of my daily routine just in case it has anything to do with it.
I wake up and let my body warm up for about one hour before doing my exercise. After cooling down, I take a shower and my meal. After 30 munites, I lye in front of my computer, on the floor for about four to five hours to do my work. Only getting up for toilet breaks and a drink. After that I spend about four to five more hours sitting and walking around, watching tv and taking my meal. After a shower, I lye in front of my computer again for another four hours before going to sleep. I seldom go out nowadays due to my work.
I have just started taking oats, so I will inform you if it has helped my situation. I am sorry for giving so much information, I just hoped it might helped you guys a little more in finding the cause. If there is any other information that you would like to know, I will answer them gladly.
Thank you very much for your time, advice and patience. i appreciate it a lot. Thank you again.
