I am a 19-year old male, and I have been getting severe headaches several times a week for a few years now. I have been to a doctor who said it was a sinus infection, and after antibiotics, nothing changed. I went to another who was both a doctor and a chiropractor, and he said my skull was not in alignment with my top vertebrae. After adjustment, no change.

My symptoms:
Extreme pain in the temple area of the left side of my head, and the severity of it fluctuates whenever I breathe in through my left nostril.
Pain in the roof of my mouth, sometimes the back of my throat.
Pain behind my ear.
Pain in the back of my neck on the left side that massages actually cause to increase.
I cannot lay down with the headaches.
I cannot sleep with the headaches.
I wake up in the middle of the night with them.
Often extreme pressure in my head as well, behind forehead, in nose, in ear.

Triggers include fluorescent lights and some foods (with no pattern or specific ingredients.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've asked the doctor on here, too. Why can't I get any responses? I guess I'll look for a new forum.
