Q: headache when raising head

Hi.

I'm a 22 years old male.

Today I noticed that when I lower my head for ~5 seconds (like when trying to wash my head in a basin), when I raise it back up, I get this pain at the right side of my head...

The pain lasts for some seconds and then go away.

Should I be worried?

Are you experiencing this for the first time (neck movements to cause headache)?
Is this shooting pain?
