HI,
I am a 23 year old female I have had a headache everyday for the past two weeks. Nothing has seemed to help, I am diabetic but my blood sugar has been running in the 90’s to 120’s. And it never seems like I can get enough sleep. I have had to stop watching T.V. looking at the computer, or reading anything because the headache becomes so much worse. Please help.

Tantam,
Hi. I must say you need sleep. I would talk to your doctor about both issues. The lack of sleep and the headaches. In the meantime, drink a lot of water. Also, in the am you can use excedrin as caffiene is used to get rid of headaches. (Of course if you can not take it for some health reason please disregard what I said.
Now, there a million reasons why somebody can get headaches, eyesight, neck trouble, lack of water (that is one of the formost unknown reasons) , sinus reasons, (like allergies or infections) stress, there are so many things that could cause this. Are you in pain that is not the heeadache? Have you any head trama?
Just so you know, there are headache specialists that deal in migraines and they have many good miricals up their sleeves. I personally have had a few in my life. One lasted over a year and was due to my neck. I had some as a youngen too. idk what coused them. I have one every once in a blue moon to this day that idk what iss the cause and IF it gets bad enough I go to the ER. They knock me out and it goes away.
DO you need glasses? Many people over look that tidbit of knowledge. Do you have them often or is this just as you said for the last 2 weeks? have you hurt yourself, back or neck? A doctor can help with all this and in the meantime it sounds like you need ot find out why your not sleeping and drink LOTS of water!
Wishing you well.

I am scared that I am getting to much sleep; I can sleep for 10 hours or more and still be just as tired as when I went to bed. I spent the past four days just laying in bed, with the lights and tv off. But I do know that I do not drink enough water so that might help. O I forgot to let you know I have had migraines and sinus headaches before and this does not fell like ether of those I have never had this felling before.

Tantum,
It could be a really early sinus trouble. Maybe.
I do know this, that your sleeping too much. That will throw off your body in bad ways. (that was a side note) Do you have added stress going on lately? Have you any colds or anything allergies that would make you cough or sneese? Did you injure yourself recently?
I would start with a ear nose and throt doc then go to a migrain doc perhaps. If you have hurt yourself then do watch for your neck as that can cause trememdious headaches. I should know, I had a migraine for over a year due to my neck.
If you would like ot message to me feel free to. Perhaps we can narrow it dowwn a bit. (If you sleep too much, you always feel tired. The body is strange)
Best Wishes,
Temperwolf
