I have been experienced pain behind by left eye and above it for the past three years. This headache will come at the same time every day for sometimes weeks or even months and last anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 30 hr. During this i go through periods where i sweat profusely and feel over heated then i freeze. This cycles back and forth....My back of my neck hurts and goes all the way down my back and my lower back kills me. Light makes its worse and i feel real uneasy like i can;t sit still...Sinues medicine nor migrine medication (over the counter) seems to have any effect at all... I am 22 and in good health. Any one have any ideas or ways to help.. i described it to my doctor and he just tells me to take over the counter sinus medication but it doesn;t work at all

Extremely eHealthy
Headache with precise regularity of its timing, striking at a precise time of day each morning or night, even precisely at the same time a week later, is a unique characteristic for a type of headache known as a cluster headache.
There can be episodic form of this headache when attacks are happening once or twice daily for a period of several weeks, followed with a headache-free period lasting weeks or years, and then the headache reappears again.
This headache is unilateral in most of the cases, extremely intensive, lancinating (like a knife penetrating) or boring in quality, located behind one eye, radiating down to the neck, shoulder or sometimes feeling a pain even in the leg.
Redness of the eye, tearing, runny nose, facial blushing, swelling, or sweating, are common symptoms during the headache attack.
The attack is also associated with restlessness.

Headache
This could be a case of TMJ dysfunction, which is a common dysfunction of the jaw joint (TMJ).
Typical symptoms include:
Facial pain
Jaw pain
Tooth pain
Back, neck & shoulder pain
Eye pain
Sight problems
Leg pain
Hearing problems
Lack of concertration
etc etc.

I don't know where you live, but a GOOD Tmj specialist may help....
eg Dr Harold Gelb in NY

Best wishes
