It could possibly be a case a sinusitis. It could be something else as well. If you also have symptoms like runny nose, thick nasal discharge, fully/partially blocked nostril,difficulty breathing through nose,nausea, and fatigue it could certainly be sinusitis. Better to consult an ENT specialist. Through x-ray or CT scan you will come to know the condition of your sinuses.
