Headache on left side, blurry vision in left eye...

I recently started getting headaches in the left side of my head and sometimes when I stand the vision in my left eye gets sort of blurry and I feel a little dizzy. The blurriness is sort of starry, similar to the blurriness that occurs after rubbing your eyes. It only last a few seconds. The headache is sort of an ache but not usually very intense and sometimes feels more like pressure. Should I be concerned? I am currently in a bad position, no health insurance or proper funding. I did some research, closest thing I found to my experience was cluster headaches but I'm not so sure. I have a history of migraines but it's never been anything like this. Could it maybe be my eyes? Any feedback is appreciated! Thank you.
