since May this year my cluster headaches have become more frequent and more severe. in the last week, I have had numb lips, numbness on the left side of the head, a little drool out of the left corner of the mouth. I currently take Verapamil, just stared it on the 6th. I had an MRI thursday but won't see the Neuro again until the 15th. I am assuming that if anything were amiss on the MRI the Neurologist would have called me by now.
what do you think?

The head and lip numbness could be symptom of migraine.
Many cluster sufferers may experience migraine headaches, too.
Also, an injury or irritation of trigeminal nerve, will lead to facial numbness.

Best wishes!
