i have had a headache for the past 13 days. i dont know what is wrong. sometimes ill wake up and it wont be there but then later in the day it will start coming back. ive tried tylonal, tylonal cold and sinus and excedren...none of these have worked. its got to the point where i have to take 3 tylonal just to help my headache for maybe 30 minutes. the other day i was just sitting on the bed looking at the computer and my head was hurting so bad that i got really dizzy and almost past out. the pain started on the right side just above my eye and is now across my forehead. i dont know what the problem is. any one have any ideas? my boyfriend said i just need to have my neck popped but i dont know...
