Q: Headache, dizzy, spaced out

I have been feeling ill for the last 2 weeks, symptoms are headache, dizzy, feeling of not being here (spaced out) sore achy throat, irritable, aching legs, swollen feet (this has now gone) aching neck. I just feel generally unwell and don't know why?
