Headache.bluredvision.stuffynose. help!

For as long as I can remember I have had some type of headache or something wrong around my facial area forever. I am just sick of it , it is annoying and is extremly frustrating. The pain is never anything severe it is just annoying. my symptoms are as followed.

I have trouble concentrating.
I could sleep for hours and still be tired.
My eyes have a "full feeling" assuming this has to do with some type of pressure.
My wisdom teeth are impacted but never seem to be painful. I do sometimes have throbbing in the are in which these teeth may be but very rarely.
My allergies are alwasy extremly bad as well as my nose only one side right ride side of my face feeling stuffed up.
My eye feels as if it is swollen and closing.
No matter how much i eat or drink I always feel dehydrated.

my jaw cracks as well alot

is it possible i have migranes along with really bad allergies and need glasses could it be more then one thing thnaks!
I had a cat scan and mri about 6 years ago and everything was fine.
I visited a neurologist about a month ago and he said it was fine and no need to do another mri

My thoughts are , should i have and mri and catscan re done and should i see some type of eye doctors, as well as an alergist/nasal sinus cavity doctors.
please help me people im sick of living this way always feeling lazy and unproductive.!!1
