I have had a really dull constant head ache for a week and a half, my neck has also become stiffer over the last weekend. I feel nauseaus and have pain in my lower stomach/abdomen.
I have recently lost 9lbs in weight on a healthy eating programme so thought that the things i could feel in my lower abdomen were my organs but now i'm not sure. The pain was on my lower right but today is more centralised to the left.
I thought this could also be a pregnancy but i have the implanon implant and have only had sex once in the last year so the chances are slim. I also did a pregnancy test which came back negative.
