Hi, I am 34yrs male. I have noticed that at the end of of a tense day, I normally have head ache. If the issue involves emotional stuff, the head ache is severe and is normally followed by vomiting. Typically the head ache subsides after vomiting. If the tension does not climb that far, then I tend to have light pain on the skin on top most portion of the skull. In all these occasions, my breathe rate and depth reduces drastically and some times I have to remind myself to breathe. When I take a head massage, it reduces a bit and if I exercise, it goes off. Off late, I started having pain on lower side of my tongue and on both eyes during such times. I presume all these are because of tension/anxiety.
Can anyone please tell me:-
(a) Firstly, is my linking of these things to tension is correct?
(b) Secondly, what are the right steps to be taken now?
Thanks in advance,
