Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The headaches that you are facing, more in occipital region can be migraines, cluster headaches, of compression of cervical spinal nerves. It could also be due to some lesion in the brain. Once you get the MRI done maybe things will be more clear.
You can tell your neurologist about these headaches. Maybe a MRI of cervical spine would need to be included. This can also cause numbness in arms and legs.
Poor sleep patterns and high blood pressure are the two other possibilities.
Patients with MS are more prone to migraines and cluster headaches. However until the diagnosis is confirmed, you will have to keep all options open.
However without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed diagnosis and treatment on net. Hence consult your doctor and discuss these points. Hope this helps. Take care!
