Most of the symptoms might be related to disorder of the autonomous nervous system. However, the data you provided is not enough to give exact diagnose without additional diagnostic procedures. You might want to visit a neurologist and have him examine the autonomous nervous system as well as the balance center in the brain.
Meanwhile, you might want to take B group vitamins to try to decrease the symptoms.
