Headache and forgetfulness

The symptom you reported might be related to several different conditions. The headache and forgetting things might originate from inadequate blood flow supplying the brain. What causes the inadequate blood flow might need additional tests.
As for the bruises, your doctor might want to check coagulation factors, to confirm or rule out a possible coagulation disorder.
The swollen glands in the throat might be a temporary symptom due to flu.
