Right.

I am a 23 year old male in decent shape, I am not overweight or anything like that.

The past 5 days I have been getting these headaches and pain in both eyes. The headaches or eye pain are not constant and come and go at least twice and hour. When I wake up usually I have the eye pain but I drop in some moisturising eye drops (bought them over the counter) and the pain goes away.

The eye pain is a weird pain. Its like its behind the eyeball. The eye pain is not there all the time with the head pain. Sometimes the pain is felt behind the eye and sometimes they sting.

I have large optic disks but they are normal. I have been assured twice by my optimetrist and 2 doctors have said thy look normal. They said if there was eye pressure I would have optic disks that are jagged but mine are clean cut around the edges. My optimetrist has said they are normal aswell. I was born with large disks.

The head pain can be on one side of the head or both. Its a dull pain, like a pressing pain but it isn't sharp. The pain usually goes from the side of my head down to the top of my neck.

I had an emergency appointment at the doctors today because I was really worried and he checked my eyes and asked me to describe my symptoms and said he is not worried. He said I have no symptoms to point to anything serious and he thinks they are just headaches.

I am confused and it stresses me out.

Recently I stopped drinking tea and pop. I have been drinking tea and coffee ever since I was 10 years old. I am only drinking water and pomegranette juice. I am not sure if it could be withdraw symptoms but didn't know they can cause eye pain.

I also recently had trouble having bowel movements but I modified my diet and that seemed to help.

Whilst I am on the subject I have drop foot because of a trapped nerve in my foot. It caused me to fall over today, but I am not sure if thats anything to do with it. I was worried it could be MS.

Anyway. Anyone had these headaches with the eye pain? And how did you get rid of them? My doctor didn't even give me medication! I can't take tablts anyway so I am not to bothered, but still.
