Headache after closed head injury

In 1996 I suffered a closed head injury.My skull is still fractured even after all this time , and I"ve had a continual headache since this time x-rays and mris show a massive amount of scare tissue or thats what some doctors call it some say its a lesion still others call it a low grade neoplasem. I would really like them to deside on some thing and help me resolve the issue.One doctor says he sees signs of a stroke but doesnt know if it was during the trauma or post tramua and that the scaring is so massive he or no one else could tell beyond a shadow of doubt if I"ve had others . I do have moments of complete confusion just lost is the best way to put it the pain is crippling at times and other times I"m just plain mad for no particular reason but I'll bit your head off just for being there any suggesttions, please help if you can
