It sounds like you have some whiplash. That is very common after an accident. Did you hit your head? Be sure to let the doctor or therapist treating your neck know about the problems with your eye, etc.

Most likely is caused my the accident.
You need to go to you doctor soon. Your eye may have pressure behind it. I have had something simular and had to have the pressure from behimd my eye.
But go soon other wise your insurance company will not
believe you that it came from the accident.
good luck

That's true. If there is anything seriously wrong you want to make sure the insurance company covers you from the accident.

how are you feeling? Have you been to the doctor's yet?
What are they saying is up? Just soft tissue damage?
Be careful with doctor's who say it is just soft tissue
damage. Make sure you get an MRI or a CT scan it can be you ligaments or your nerves that have been damaged.
You will need a test called an eeg it tests your ligamnets and nerves. There is and other test I can not remember the name but the check your reflexes using needles and an eletric shock (a tiny one)
Just make sure you get it all check from head to toe just because your head is hurting doeas not mean it can not becoming from another part of your body. Please
take my advice I have been in 4 MVA's since 2005
and if I knew what I know now then I would be alot better off than I am right now.
Take care
keep me updated and I can help you as much as I can.
