To start, like 1 or 2 weeks ago I had some sort of throat infection, I went to the docs and he told me to take some Antibiotics, they worked pretty good. Now my throat is not a problem, but shortly after I started getting some sort of pressure on my head, on one side too. At first I'd experience these pulsating pains on the left side of my head every now an then which worried me alot, even stopped me from going to college, I was worried that much, cried a bit too etc...
The pain has now eased off, but I still feel the slight pressure on my head, it's like when someone is pressing their finger on top of your head. I again went to the doctors last Wednesday to tell them about this, she said that it's probably a viral infection and said it will go with time.
The next day I looked on the net to see if I could get some sort of answers to what I have, because I worry alot and I was wondering if the docs could've been wrong. I saw all sorts of stuff that could've been wrong with me, and it scared me ALOT, a few mins later I had a panic attack, I had shortness of breath, shaking alot, I felt like I was going to pass out. I went straight to the hospital, and they checked my heart rate, which was racing! They didn't know what caused it... I told them I have this pressure on my head, and also the bad throat I had. They also said it could be a viral infection. They sent me home, and the next day I went to the docs again, my heart rate did slow down a little but it was still pretty fast, not normal. Anyway the doc said I have anxiety, which makes sense to me in a way because I do worry alot (like i've said before), even at small little things.
Now I feel a bit better, but I suddenly woke up last night with a feeling of I was about to have another attack, which made me have that pressure on my head again, like a finger pressing. I'm going to the docs on Thursday, but does anyone here know that Anxiety is causing all of this?
Any advice would be very much appreciated, thank you.
