head pains i cant understand

I've been having this weird dull pain throught my fourhead and through the day get these sharp pains everywhere around my head.. most the time the is the right side of my head and fourhead and the back right side... it does kinda hurt sometimes slightly a lot but not too bad but its been around for about a month and I've been worried... anyone have a clue? I also do have panic attacks from time to time that are really bad but these headaches happen even after the anxiety is over... should I be worried? Please get back to me asap
