Q: Head pains followed by out of body experience?

A few days ago, I experienced a vey severe head pain. I was in the store with my boyfriend, and it felt like someone was stabbing me in the back of the head. It lasted for about a minute, then went away. I've had this happen before, but it was what happened next that seemed strange.
About 45 minutes later, I turned to look at my boyfriend, and I didn't know who he was. He seemed like a total stranger. I also had no clue as to who I was or even where I was (I was in his car in a parking lot). I almost started screaming I was so scared. I thought that maybe I had been kidnapped or something. But it felt as if I was in someone else's body.
I think it lasted about a minute. Maybe less. But my boyfriend told me that I took a very deep breath when I came back to my senses, almost as if I had stopped breathing.
Could these things be related?

Extremely eHealthy
The pains you have experienced are suggestive for idiopathic stabbing headache.
You may talk with some neurologist about seizures with visual symptoms, too.

Best wishes!
