Q: Head pain right side

I have experiencing pain on the right side of my head behind my ear, at height of my occipital bone. What is this should I be concerned?

Headache that is experienced as piercing, throbbing, or electric-shock-like chronic pain in the upper neck, back of the head, and behind the ears, usually on one side of the head, is defined as occipital neuralgia.
