Q: head and neck pain, can't move

ive had it since i woke up, its kind of behind my right ear & down my neck, its giving me a dull headache to the top of my head 
ive had paracetamols & its not shifting im windering if its a migraine? i feela bit sick & sometimes a bit dizzy? have been having pain in my eyes & headaches for a while now
it might be a trapped nerve but ive been ill with avrious things for the last year & looking up symptoms online has turned me into a hypochondriac!!
hubby has made me call emergency dr which i just missed a call for incase its meningitis? git no rash tho & feel ok now not so tired just dont want it to get worse.....
any ideas??
