Q: head injury

Hello two years ago I hit the top of my head hard enough to knock myself out. I never had myself checked; can't afford it.
That same day and for the next three months my right eye almost complitly closedon me.Since then it happens on and off, but often.
Along with the closed eye, since the day I hit my head I've been having strong sharp head pains and also a strong "squeezed" sensation.
Once in a blue, also I feel like water is running down my head, and my vision has blured.
What do I do? I have no medical insurance and can't afford past the first visit.
Comments, advice, help, a prayer, anything would help truly.
Thank you

Extremely eHealthy
Dear bugalu
Do you also get severe headaches on an on going basis? This is truly something that needs to be at least looked into. No need to panic, it could be something very simple but yet needs to be addressed. Is there any free clinic's in your town. There sould be. Normally there is one within a small distance of ones area. I would research this and go as soon as you are able. Need to get to the bottom of what is going on. Head trama in any way is not good to not have looked into. I truly hope you find somewhere to go. Call your local Doctor Refferal service and they may be able to direct you.

Welcome to our community. Hope we can help you in some way. Please keep us up to date.

Praying for you,
Carrie

Thank you
Yes I do get headaches strong enough that literally make me stop whatever I'm doing and buckle my knees; it's kind'a like being forced to the ground. I don't panic anymore but, it's something I think about often.
I was not sure if free clinics existed, since everybody I know has told me to go to the E.R. and that I would be billed later. They also told me, and I thought so too, that I should expect a rather high bill, being it's a head injury. Not that life or health have a price but what you can't afford you can't afford.

Thank you much for the advice, I will do my research online on a clinic around my way. Also appreciate the prayer. Thanks
