Well, it is in my opinion mixed on the cause of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Therefore if it generates in the injury period with the swelling and infammation, I'm guessing two weeks. If it originates in the healing period probably 6 months but no more than 2 years unless you have another acute change in mental alteration. This is not to replace a doctors supervision and as always, if you feel as though you need an answer to a medical question, it is best you start with your doctor.
