Head hot and pounding

My husband always saids that he notices when i wake up in the morning my body being hot to the touch. Well it hasn't been until a couple weeks ago that i started noticing the way my head felt when i would wake up. I'm 21, 15wks pregnant and lately when i wake up my head feel so hot to me and there is a pulsing pounding in my head. It happens everytime i wake up, even if it is just a small nap. I lay there and after awhile the pounding lessens and the heat starts to go away. I don't feel hot anywhere else, just my head and the pain is very bad. I don't know if this is common and comes with pregnancy or not... but i know i'm worried about it. I'm not at a position to see a doctor right now, wont be able to for a month or so.
Does anyone have any thoughts on the issue?

Extremely eHealthy
It's normal for anyone to feel warm at touch after coming out off bed.
While pregnant, many factors are responsible to feel like having higher body temperature, like hormonal changes, increased metabolism, increased blood flow to the skin (your heart is pumping 20% more volume of blood).

Do you measure your blood pressure regularly?
Do you have feelings of restlessness with frequent bowel movements or diarrhea?

It just maybe a hormone problem (especially during pregnancy). I'm going through menapause and whenever I get hot flashes, my head gets really hot. It's weird, but that's what happens. Since menapause is also a hormone thing, maybe that's just it...a hormone thing.
