Head dull feelings etc....

My symptoms are a weird dull feeling more than a pain in my head.

It has moved from the left side to the back to the right side of my head, and this has been ongoing for 5 days. It is like a dull throb and comes and goes every 10mins or so idk.

Anyway I have been taking aspirin and it has kind of help but I can't really say it made me feel sick but not enough to be phsicaly sick if you get me.

I am a paranoid wreck when I get ill and I think of brain tumors and stuff so that makes me nervous etc.

Would really just like to know if so can a "tension headache" go on for this long and should I go to my GP or the hospital and if so does this sound like a tension headache.

Also my left eye has blurry vision at long range, otherwise I feel generally fine. I am going to florida in 4 days so I really need quick advice on what to do before I go!
