Q: Head bursting when ejaculating

Please help, the last two times Ive had sex with my lady just at the point of no return my head gets a searing pain at both temples which is like an electric shock that lasts for about 30 seconds then I get a massive throbbing at the back of my neck and for over an hour my kneck was so stiff I couldnt move it properly. This isnt normal I need to speak to some one before I come to serious harm please help/advise.

You could be suffering from coital cephalalgia also called coital headaches also called ejaculation headaches. They usually affect middle aged men and/or men who are overweight and/or men with high blood pressure. Obviously you can't turn back the hands of time but if any or all of these apply to you, weight loss and lowering blood pressure have been known to help or eliminate the headaches.
Sometimes the headaches go away on their own. If yours don't you can try taking aspirin or ibuprofen an hour before sex/ masturbation and right after.
