Head and Neck pain wakes me up

For the past two nights I get woken up with the worst head and neck pain going down in my right arm and can't move. I have to literally pick my arm up to move it and to turn my head is extremely hard. The pain is so bad, I cannot even describe it! During the day my head and neck still hurt, but nothing like when it wakes me up.
