What could be causing these symptoms?
Hi, I’m 25 years old. For the last weeks I feel numbness, dizziness, headache and shakiness. Sometimes my head and hands are shaking a little bit. My headache and dizziness is not very severe, but it bothers me. There is like a pressure in my head. i do not feel any pain in my ears . my head is shaking through sideways .

.I am Muslim and I have been fasting for 7 days. I do not think it is related to fasting because everything started before fasting ( probably two days before )

I have been taking vitamin B complex and vitamin D 1000 IU for 3 days
