My brother was diagnosed with stage four cancer in January. He was responding so well to chemo. Then the day after he received platelets he got a stroke and died last night. He was only 43 and fighting so hard.This is such an awful disease.

Yes, stomach cancer is a terrible disease, and even more so when it strikes young people like your brother.

I am very sorry to hear of your young brother's death. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of great loss for you all.
