he Never had an orgasm!

I'm a woman but I really need advice on account of my husband. We've been together 3 years, ( both of us had several sexual partners before ) we have regular sex, which changes from position and various amounts of foreplay etc, yet my husband says he has never had an orgasm! He ejaculates every time but he reckons that he's not had an orgasm. I asked him has he ever when masturbating and he reckons no too! He says he enjoys sex but not as much as he thinks he could because he can't orgasm. This has been the case throughout his entire sexual life. I was quite shocked to hear this, as you can imagine, he said it wasn't me, as it's always been like this. The thing is, his sex drive is at a constant high, he is always horny and always wanting sex and I asked him why, if he can't orgasm, he said he still finds me incredibly attractive and it's more about him pleasuring me. But I'm slightly put off now. I asked him why he thinks so, and he said he doesn't know, it's just always been like this, he says his mind wanders. I need help and advice on what to do? First I'm never heard of this happening before, especially not for a man and second, on what to do, I want to help him achieve his orgasm!
