hello ladies.....I took 500 IU of HCG pills everyday for 20 days i stopped last thursday and now my period is late and i have two positive pregnancy test....did i test too soon and would a blood test give me the correct results? please helpppp

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The positive pregnancy tests could be due to the use of the HCG pills. These can also affect efficacy of birth control if you are on any hormonal birth control. If you had been sexually active, chances of pregnancy are possible. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately) if pregnancy is suspected. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
