I'm a 20 year old male and have recently had issues with flat stool. After thanksgiving break (last week of november), my stool seemed to rotate from round to flat, but in the past week or so, it's been mostly flat. It's rounded at the sides, but the top appears flat. It's the usual brown color by the way. My abdominal discomfort started maybe a week ago. It feels like there is a gas buildup, but no relief. I'm burping slightly more(started 2 days ago). It sometimes is in the stomach region, but mainly the discomfort is on the lower right side.

I'm very worried about this right now. Current medical issues for me are maybe the flu, I stopped cold turkey on Lexapro 3 weeks ago (bad idea), and I've had mono in the past that has came back before. My fear is that I have some sort of cancer. I was feeling tired, but that's been improving. I'm just very afraid that I'm going to have cancer. What are the odds that it may be cancer? And if it's not cancer, what else might it be.

I appreciate all replies.
