Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Your symptoms as missed periods, breast tenderness, increased urination, constipation, white discharge are very much suggestive of pregnancy. You had taken the urine test quite early thats why it might not have given results.

Urine test detects the hormone levels in the urine which are quite low initially and it can take 10 to 12 days after a missed period to give results. You can get a Blood HCG test done for pregnancy determination as it gives accurate results after a week of the missed period.

Relax and avoid any strenous activity.Have healthy balanced diet and drink lots of water.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
