It's safest to have sex when you are not ovulating. If you have a regular, predicatable menstrual cycle, this means that you probably ovulate 14 days before your next period is due. Do you track your period?

you should be using a condom regardless of when youre ovulating or not because sperm can live for up to 4-5 days I think and if you have sex 5 days before you ovulate then theres a chance you could get pregnant..SAFE sex is always using a condom and/or being on birth control...if you are with multiple partners then even if you are on birth control you should most definitely use a condom everytime so you dont contract any STDs...safe sex is being prepared..ALWAYS use a condom
