having phantom pregnancy, or im actually pregnant?

ok so on oct 29 i had unprotected sex for the first time( he didnt finish but still), ok so ever since then like a couple of weeks after i have been really paranoid about being pregnant, i have had 1 negative blood test with hcg beta level of 0.1, i have had 6 negative urine test, i had two vaginal sonograms and i have an empty uterus andi had my period three times ever since then, but i can notice some veins on my breast and my wrist and hands, my breasts hurt a bit, i am having moderate cramps and i pee alot now, im having vaginal discharge not alot( its actually a small amount and its clear and sometimes watery)..i dont know if im stressing myself out so much that i am having symptoms and having phantom pregnancy, or im actually pregnant or something else is causing all of this..what could be causing all this, please and thank you in advance
