Q: Having panic attacks ?

at weird times of the day, usually when i am being comfronted about something bad or im feeling pressured, i start sweating and my face goes bright red. is this a panic attack?

No, it's an adrenalin rush mixed with anxiety.

No, panic attacks typically have these symptoms: rapid heart rate (feeling like you are having a heart attack), difficulty breathing, a sense of impending doom, disorientation, shaking (uncontrollable), and needing to go to the bathroom (#2). I have had them for 20 years!
