Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Loose stools and abdominal cramps lasting for a month can be due to various causes including parasitic infections, malabsorption syndromes (lactose intolerance), indigestion, dysentery, etc.

A proper medical history and a complete physical examination will be very important to know the actual cause of symptoms.

Treatment with probiotic supplements, digestive enzyme replacement therapies and ‎proper diet changes ( low fat, low carbohydrate, with increased fibre content as well as rich in fruits ‎and vegetables) will be very helpful to improve the digestion as well as to reduce all the symptoms.
‎
You might consult with a gastroenterologist who can be able to examine you and advice proper ‎medications as needed.‎
