Q: Havent gotten period on yaz pill

I switched from the Depo shot to the yaz pill last November and its been almost 4 months since and i still haven't gotten my period and i took pregnancy tests and they say not pregnant but i have a lot of signs of pregnancy what should i do cause this is scaring me cause if i am pregnant and dont know it the pill could be hurting the baby.
