Have you ever googled your symptoms?

My name is Maria and I am an MSc Health Psychology student at Nottingham University.

I am conducting some research into the use of the internet in chronic illness (for example searching symptoms) and its impact on the patient provider relationship.

I am particularly interested in illnesses/diseases that are historically difficult to diagnose/may exhibit vague symptoms. I have created a short questionnaire for which I am seeking participants. The questionnaire is short, fully confidential and anonymous, and participants can withdraw if they want to after completing it.

The research also has full ethical approval from nottingham university. The questions are non invasive, and each question is entirely voluntary (you don't have to answer if you don't want to).
