Hello sir,
I'm 19 yr aged and i have only one testis(right) in its right position, but my left testis is not in scrotum. And when I cough, or laugh more my scrotum will bulge like anything and when i press it for relaxation it sounds like bubbles in water. Please can you explain me the problem
