Welcome to e health forum.

Drinking 2 bottles of a laxative, appears to be a knee jerk response to your symptoms. You need to relax for some time, and allow the medication to take effect.

In case you have had proper bowel movements, at least within 6 hours of the intake of the laxative, then there is no need for any form of enema.

Presence of severe symptoms like impacted hard stools, anorectal pain, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite , etc, even after the adequate use of laxatives, would necessitate steps including a enema.

You might need to consult your doctor for a complete examination and assessment of your history, to find out the cause of your constipation, so that effective treatment can be initiated. Conditions like obstructive defecation if not treated can result in complications, hence should be diagnosed and treated at the earliest.

I hope this helps.
