Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A28474
Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. It is still not clear whether this spotting was due to blood from vagina or in urine. The mid cyclic spotting can be due to implantation bleeding or spotting can also occur midcycle at ovulation.

If it is blood in urine , then with all these symptoms it is important to get UTI ruled out. I suggest you to get a complete urine examination and urine culture done to confirm the diagnosis. If the symptoms persist then please consult a physician and get other causes of blood in urine like kidney causes ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
