Q: have i got bipolar

im not sure who to talk to i feel alone. i am on tablets for postnatel deppression but i dont think they are working. the other day i was at a bbq and having a lovely time the next i was crying running in front of cars and scratching my arms till they bleed. i am so ashamed of myself butr i dont relise what im doin till it too late. i dont want to get help cause i dont want to lose my children but im scared as i cant control it

Do Something.

You need to go talk to someone. Your children will be okay--for they can stay with family and friends while you get help. If you don't get help then there is a chance you could lose them, or even worse--hurt them. If you take a month or two, to helping yourself, you are not only helping yourself, but your kids and family and friends as well. Go talk to someone before it is to late.
